Report suspected misuse

5. Rights relating to submitted material

5.1. Adding material to a report does not assign ownership or other rights in that material.

9. Process terms

9.4. Verbal arrangements alone do not create binding obligations.

9.5. If any term is held invalid, all other terms will continue to apply.

9.6. If a court with proper jurisdiction finds a clause void or unenforceable, that clause will be removed from these terms. The balance will remain effective and, consistently with the court’s ruling, will be construed as near as possible to its original intent and meaning without relying on the removed clause or clauses.
